Q: I'm using Office 2007 and people I send my documents to cannot open them. What do I do?
A: When saving a document in Office 2007, it's a good idea to save it as an Office 2003 format. To do this click on save, and then click on Office 2003 in the column on the right. This will allow people with previous versions of Office to view your work.
