Dr. Tom Cleary graduated from Argosy University with a doctorate degreein Educational Leadership in September 2000.  Since that time, Dr. Cleary has been the Vice President of Planningand Institutional Effectiveness at Manatee Community College in Bradenton, Florida.He has recently accepted a position as Vice Chancellor of Planning, Performance andInformation Systems at Alamo Community College District Offices in San Antonio, Texas. He will assume this position in early March.  “Alamo’s Community College system and its fivecolleges enroll more than 75,000 students supported by 5,000-plus employees.
